Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Worldwide Electric NTJ2-36-56CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Numatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numatics such as the S2AM03A1IERB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11DSA441O013A30 manufactured by Numatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Numatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 508TX1 by Manufacturer Tron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has N-tron Brand 526FXE2ASC15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Odawara-Automation such as MP134441 equipment made by Odawara-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Odawara-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Odawara-Automation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 317FXSC made by N-tron as well as the popular F901G16 original spares produced by Numatics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDLU2075N00N by Num and MP134441 spares by Odawara-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Mk4Mk4S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Odme.
