Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-09ADC61+SGDV-7R6A01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nikon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Welding-Technology-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikon such as the SMZ645 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TCCX1730LPS manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TB98P01A by Manufacturer Welding-Technology-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 6186M19ALTR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Christensen such as LX15T equipment made by Christensen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Christensen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Christensen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CP70210001 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular 6AV35151EB01 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWS2011T012 by Nematron and LX15T spares by Christensen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711EK10C6D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
