Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SMC-2000-4IM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acdc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mag product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the TVMIB080G00E00F100U0C0S00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JF201A90000000 manufactured by Acdc and we are pleased to be able to service most Acdc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM6NCECND150BA by Manufacturer Mag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aaon Brand K00296 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-bradley such as ST0TI6TR equipment made by Allen-bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AFMG1B made by Accudyne-Industries as well as the popular SSTPFBPLC5 original spares produced by Woodhead

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSX1723444 by Telemecanique and ST0TI6TR spares by Allen-bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
