Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa UAJPEA-04BA4KB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Neri-Motori products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reeves product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neri-Motori such as the T100B4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTBL4207B406140271 manufactured by Inland and we are pleased to be able to service most Inland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T400 by Manufacturer Reeves as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thaishi Brand TSB049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Animatics such as SM3420DPLS equipment made by Animatics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Animatics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Animatics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TTRB229533113A409 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SJ11AP original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT42054020C by Kollmorgen and SM3420DPLS spares by Animatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
