Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Zeiss 608481-4905 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued California-Designs--Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ccw-s212 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader California-Designs--Systems such as the CDSFB17 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30HW500437 manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CCWS212 by Manufacturer Ccw-s212 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Teco Brand CCR420G1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pump such as Kl65 equipment made by Pump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pump" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 130334906 made by Caterpillar as well as the popular S2SARF2IKH3ACD47 original spares produced by Cedes

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 710525320 by Centric and Kl65 spares by Pump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IVUINTEGRATOR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier.
