Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech ALA10040-M-5-LTX50-6-STD-HNG-CMS/ES13893 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alfa-Laval products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aerotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alimak product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alfa-Laval such as the ETP084950 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 84315411ANT20G160ANT20G160ES16470 manufactured by Aerotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Aerotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9013014 by Manufacturer Alimak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Albercorp Brand 1001751ACR6A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aircom such as R230020 equipment made by Aircom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aircom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aircom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9018397000 made by Alimak as well as the popular ATS15020240P original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 390500101 by Agfa-Jeti and R230020 spares by Aircom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM32200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Afag.
