Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley 4100-214-PRL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Landis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnespec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Man-Bw product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Landis such as the 549023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6685008962959 manufactured by Magnespec and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnespec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 508A by Manufacturer Man-Bw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand 5110A8A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as 6AV66450CB010AX0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 57160001PU6 made by Asea as well as the popular 6181P17A2HW71AC original spares produced by Allen-bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509991384R03 by Kawasaki and 6AV66450CB010AX0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
