Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Appled-Motion-Products product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8210G54 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GTBU640K manufactured by Asi and we are pleased to be able to service most Asi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5000111 by Manufacturer Appled-Motion-Products as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asc Brand HMD3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anderson such as SR73G00501110 equipment made by Anderson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anderson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anderson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DPF01 made by Anaheim-Automation as well as the popular DDB0185 original spares produced by Arteco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG2602B200H by Anaheim-Automation and SR73G00501110 spares by Anderson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
