Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amo WMKA2010HA.1614 NN-61-512-0.00-64S15-KQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Animatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andover-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Animatics such as the SM1720MSA4A083AB214KNOB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the i2624 manufactured by Andover-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Andover-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FG226515 by Manufacturer Amx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amp Brand 471L563GR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ao-Smith such as K48J2PA101A1 equipment made by Ao-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ao-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ao-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15F made by Ann-Arbor as well as the popular ITG3030 original spares produced by Analogic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40000348 by Amt and K48J2PA101A1 spares by Ao-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MODEL781 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anderson.
