Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amphenol KPT08F10-6PW, KPTC08F10-6PW, 101-184964- parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Quincy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quick-Chek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Quincy such as the MPCT1584011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41014127004101412700 manufactured by Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QC1200RSNL by Manufacturer Quick-Chek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rad Brand ML2E1BP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raamp such as 9079009L21 equipment made by Raamp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raamp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raamp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QCSADC2 made by Arplas-Systems as well as the popular IKB1041 original spares produced by Quartech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q4XTBLAF100Q8 by Banner and 9079009L21 spares by Raamp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
