Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atmel-Aviiva products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atmel-Aviiva such as the A71XM2CL2014BA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the APEX8000X8027A0T manufactured by Automax and we are pleased to be able to service most Automax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC8210G4MO by Manufacturer Asco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand SC8210G056 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Astex such as PC80006 equipment made by Astex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EN359BS5C made by Avg-Autotech-Corporation as well as the popular EF8016G2 original spares produced by Asco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPXG15L18031412 by Au-Optronics and PC80006 spares by Astex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
