Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asco 8210G034 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued C-P-Clare products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Babcock product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader C-P-Clare such as the LCA110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6042H279 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR44S0143 by Manufacturer Babcock as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand EGR4000A0BA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by C-P-Clare such as HGSM1183 equipment made by C-P-Clare have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire C-P-Clare products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "C-P-Clare" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T3ED1JB7S1F made by Basler as well as the popular PB24 original spares produced by Crydom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 88974053 by Crouzet and HGSM1183 spares by C-P-Clare are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HG101A6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
