Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avery products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aviza-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Avtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avery such as the D227420031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60522001 manufactured by Aviza-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Aviza-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A12629 by Manufacturer Avtron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Automation-Direct Brand SR33350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Avery such as A10197201 equipment made by Avery have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SACM115008P made by Autotech-Controls as well as the popular P304ADS original spares produced by Automation-Direct
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8120 by Austron-Inc. and A10197201 spares by Avery are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
