Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the B.e.a. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baader products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baader such as the 9140121000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSM50N75AF manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BT7E70M047KSR32 by Manufacturer Balluff as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bailey Brand IIADP02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balluff such as BESZ06KPSC16FBP001GS04 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRGB2WAB12EPPLSA20011 by Balluff and BESZ06KPSC16FBP001GS04 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
