Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner SLPR25-1530P8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynaweb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the SLSR14900Q8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H25GF2100AB7406RLEDEM16 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91010692 by Manufacturer Dynaweb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bei Brand LA4059009Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ecd such as T23PHMATMP1UM equipment made by Ecd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ecd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ecd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4G7C made by Cognex as well as the popular 8312800 original spares produced by Drager

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XH25DSS1000ABZC28VVSM18 by Bei and T23PHMATMP1UM spares by Ecd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XF100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer.
