Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baumuller Brand DS71M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Beco-Mfg such as 1214424 equipment made by Beco-Mfg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beco-Mfg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beco-Mfg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 288CBC119081 made by Barton as well as the popular 80HP10001001 original spares produced by Barber-Colman
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BA02348 by Basler and 1214424 spares by Beco-Mfg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
