Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bei H40A-L25F-36-ABZ-7406R-LED-SC-UL-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drager parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the XHS35F100R2SS12GC28VVCWSM1419 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4058357 manufactured by Drager and we are pleased to be able to service most Drager systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51L2000 by Manufacturer Denex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand IS702001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bei such as H25DSS640ABZ7406SM16S equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 540300 made by Cognex as well as the popular 94300Welding original spares produced by Dukane

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2133101 by Eaton and H25DSS640ABZ7406SM16S spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
