Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bonfiglioli GVX2000-11-TSL2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carrier product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the SVX003A14A1B1C4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AF95AD0C040CCC1L2M15M6N2V1Y7 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110204000 by Manufacturer Carrier as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has David Brand MO2222BANU1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as CDE15HPICD equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GDS10054001 made by Cegelec as well as the popular ASDB0421A400W original spares produced by Delta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A201K5BA by Cutler-Hammer and CDE15HPICD spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASC220S1D3420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch.
