Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston SSF721-30K-B5-JS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mj-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the V2MQ2184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3249 manufactured by Mj-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Mj-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 153562 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Marposs Brand 8070110013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Novar-Controls such as 753008100 equipment made by Novar-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Novar-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Novar-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7300 made by Siemens as well as the popular TM220102140TC original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 99388027 by Ingersoll-Rand and 753008100 spares by Novar-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TACD13000S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perfection.
