Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Climax such as the C133E443 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3GXC6BX90 manufactured by Dayco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 111146 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayco Brand 4YFG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chesterton such as 050122SSA25SU equipment made by Chesterton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chesterton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chesterton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 345L100 made by Dayco as well as the popular M082071BRC1 original spares produced by David-Brown
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 08B3 by Chiaravalli and 050122SSA25SU spares by Chesterton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
