Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nexen such as the B1211121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFCZ28H15M750S2 manufactured by Nissei and we are pleased to be able to service most Nissei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHHS6215Y43 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Masco Brand 94300E092 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Winsmith such as 930CDNS517X0BT equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ABL3913E made by Bodine as well as the popular D15E original spares produced by Westinghouse
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHF413517 by Sumitomo and 930CDNS517X0BT spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
