Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the PS90020LB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R67DT100L4KS manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QMF22J408ST by Manufacturer Timken as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew Brand RF137LP284371 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as P14G7527P equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MFC31T made by Sealmaster as well as the popular PVD9090Z3ALL25685 original spares produced by Sumitomo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R77AM100 by Sew-eurodrive and P14G7527P spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
