Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Coreco XR-M130-18300 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crown parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Corelis product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the NSKW1201MA7PYC3Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11732200112 manufactured by Crown and we are pleased to be able to service most Crown systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS1340001 by Manufacturer Corelis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cross-Brake-Control Brand DS003751 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nanomotion such as CR604010RA equipment made by Nanomotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nanomotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nanomotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2700AP10 made by Ctc as well as the popular EE00B3430A original spares produced by Cupe

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR306FO by Ge and CR604010RA spares by Nanomotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
