Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec RRD 201-11c parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cybelec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cyclo-drive-Altax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dalec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cybelec such as the NAX10203d spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNVM02508529 manufactured by Cyclo-drive-Altax and we are pleased to be able to service most Cyclo-drive-Altax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 400AS2A1D2 by Manufacturer Dalec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cybelec Brand NSY112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daikin such as CIMRPOD45P5AJE equipment made by Daikin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daikin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daikin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CHC40512174 made by Dalsa as well as the popular DAHLModelP700 original spares produced by Dahl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCIDI048H by Cybersecurity and CIMRPOD45P5AJE spares by Daikin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 175H0777 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
