Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Di-soric LGU051P3K-TSSL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dungs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dsi-Dynamatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dover product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dungs such as the MBZRDLE47B01S20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1525005001 manufactured by Dsi-Dynamatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dsi-Dynamatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLN12256 by Manufacturer Dover as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynamics-Research Brand 2921B132000V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as 82L250 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KVFX440E made by Drivecon as well as the popular CONEBC original spares produced by Dvt

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 37711 by Domino-Plexus and 82L250 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M21AASODB461000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drc.
