Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dina DNSL-KM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dwyer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dover product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the F2BLT10108 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60807 manufactured by Dwyer and we are pleased to be able to service most Dwyer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFA0FL10R312MMS by Manufacturer Dover as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dungs Brand 1012614 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dorado-Systems such as 152808 equipment made by Dorado-Systems have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DVSDCT15SPXC made by Doosan-Vision as well as the popular M980926 original spares produced by Duff-Norton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100ASA025R72 by Duff-norton and 152808 spares by Dorado-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
