Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dongzheng 60ZY105-2430 / 56JX76G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Durr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Drive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amec such as the 23V800SDS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BEHRN15010141 manufactured by Durr and we are pleased to be able to service most Durr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11S35L0045YN1000102RLU by Manufacturer Drive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dwyer Brand SFI10034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dover such as EA115C equipment made by Dover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dover" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 16A20509502 made by Dwyer as well as the popular 581J520803L original spares produced by Dow-key-Microwave

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5SM75575 by Durant and EA115C spares by Dover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1104644 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dukane.
