Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynamatic AF-150302-0240 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eberhard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eberle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eclipse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard such as the 13208G07210DK64163LGB25WS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA89 manufactured by Eberle and we are pleased to be able to service most Eberle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9430014A by Manufacturer Eclipse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eaton Brand SM3P32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lg such as EAY65169931 equipment made by Lg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDU133R made by Eaton as well as the popular PSG480F24RM original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q250MA65100 by Eaton and EAY65169931 spares by Lg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTL661ABS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
