Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco PT242-5M-26/18-T47 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fuji product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress such as the PM0731S51C4M11N1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPS72D7PT21 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPMCFBR2M by Manufacturer Fuji as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand DR36N10KB7G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gentran such as GT503K396 equipment made by Gentran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gentran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gentran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P5252 made by Fischer as well as the popular 871ECLB0EP397 original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF2 by Fusion and GT503K396 spares by Gentran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051CD2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount.
