Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 E-mon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the DB50LAC50BC13EE20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP151402 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E10012 by Manufacturer E-mon as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fischer--Porter Brand 68N21NOON060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fireye such as DP7000 equipment made by Fireye have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fireye products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fireye" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A8602100X011 made by Fanuc as well as the popular FEC22 original spares produced by Endress--Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GE04830X012 by Fisher and DP7000 spares by Fireye are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EGT25000C1096 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Euchner.
