Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electra-gear 30AC560L/F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Setco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vogel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Setco such as the 5313698045 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462693006 manufactured by Vogel and we are pleased to be able to service most Vogel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 345108722367 by Manufacturer Micron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Df Brand 37SDF6K141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Philadelphia such as 411 equipment made by Philadelphia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Philadelphia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Philadelphia" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 415489V made by National as well as the popular 5637C07N original spares produced by Torqube

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3E32226VF by Dresser and 411 spares by Philadelphia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
