Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar GSM40-0602-MEF-AB7-238-XM-36269 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Falk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 4725949 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLG090010KCGSEM2138 manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 325WXC4A by Manufacturer Falk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fairchild Brand PCI1620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor-Reliance such as 10150103 equipment made by Baldor-Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor-Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor-Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TLIN13316 made by Exor-Electronic-Rd as well as the popular F404DA original spares produced by Facts-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1997Board1123Rev3A by Fk-Delvotec and 10150103 spares by Baldor-Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZ220P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ez-Automation.
