Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-8101-0281 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bailey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the IIMSM01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FX2N48MT001 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT1055QSBDC by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand GT1150QBBDCGT1150QBBDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elco such as EC40A6L5IR1000 equipment made by Elco have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available A1SJ71E71NB2 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular M34KUN35X53 original spares produced by Crt-Solutions

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGDV1R6A11B by Yaskawa and EC40A6L5IR1000 spares by Elco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2NCPUS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
