Festo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Festo SMAT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Festo SMAT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SMAT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SMAT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flow-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher such as the 12P1122X04R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LNT3COV17 manufactured by Flow-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Flow-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41408U by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fisher Brand 12P0456X032 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Foxboro such as N2AII2V equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LD31S131 made by Flowline as well as the popular 316SS original spares produced by Flowserve
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71PH1F1A by Foxboro and N2AII2V spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Unipos Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foehrenbach-Unipos.
