Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the KPM1U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PI2954 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S552B by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hengstler Brand 76TDN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heuft such as 700001 equipment made by Heuft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heuft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heuft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PN8224 made by Efector as well as the popular LC2001 original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2200GGH300423FA by Gems and 700001 spares by Heuft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
