Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates T10-1240 2512 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Good-Year products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gudel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Good-Year such as the 4B144MATCHMAKERBANDEDVBELT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE060L406000600 manufactured by Gudel and we are pleased to be able to service most Gudel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR209B100ABJA by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand 5012M28G5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hardinge such as SBA000334601 equipment made by Hardinge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hardinge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hardinge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QHPF3RLN63 made by Hansen as well as the popular 21G151262 original spares produced by General-Resources

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SuperHC8V1500 by Gates and SBA000334601 spares by Hardinge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RDE43 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hansen.
