Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Glentek GM2320-16-02001810-031 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parvex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marathon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE490C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F9M4R57346 manufactured by Parvex and we are pleased to be able to service most Parvex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EQH184TTDR4316BSL by Manufacturer Marathon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boston Brand F71020B56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ingersoll-Rand such as E2160 equipment made by Ingersoll-Rand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ingersoll-Rand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ingersoll-Rand" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F256W3F0N0A1012 made by Powertec as well as the popular F2CT455ZC15119 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F008A by Us-Motor and E2160 spares by Ingersoll-Rand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E541 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
