Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Glentek GM2320-16-02001810-031 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the E46145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FHF47AQH1153 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EB606A11001 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emerson Brand DXE430B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as ECP4100T4 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EBG20Z11 made by Focke as well as the popular ESBYSB2020AB500 original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EG3154 by Delco and ECP4100T4 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FrL90142 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perske.
