Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gmt GFK-30-SLB-J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grace parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Greativewerks product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hach such as the 6028P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB9M3RF0 manufactured by Grace and we are pleased to be able to service most Grace systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LACT10P by Manufacturer Greativewerks as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Grove Brand GRSBM81520L56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grinnell such as 8320A6 equipment made by Grinnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grinnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grinnell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 369546842 made by Hangkai as well as the popular ASM84A002 original spares produced by Gould

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H4893P4029 by Harland-Simon and 8320A6 spares by Grinnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4250125D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haydon-Switch.
