Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Graco 239-717 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the 0566066 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 922AA3HMA9NL manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STD924A1H00000MBS2SVF1D3XXXX by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand V205006A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hohner such as 10253211000 equipment made by Hohner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hohner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hohner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V4062A1198 made by Honeywell as well as the popular A5842301 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS4620610Q1X by H.h.-Barnum and 10253211000 spares by Hohner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
