Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the IMSCB501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRBMQ81850L56 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GF6021AG by Manufacturer Baldor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alpha Brand M216 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Winsmith such as JFN23CB equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FT2430B5H made by Boston as well as the popular IWD3 original spares produced by Rotork
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GH23SP049 by Animatics and JFN23CB spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
