Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Haas VHL 18-06-87-00/a & MSTV2 18-06-74-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hangzhou products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hase-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hagan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hangzhou such as the NMRV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11955 manufactured by Hase-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Hase-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4528D80 by Manufacturer Hagan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hakko Brand GD80SEJG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hathaway such as BH02300E06HE equipment made by Hathaway have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hathaway products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hathaway" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 410CW1C40000 made by Hach as well as the popular 32506 original spares produced by Hall

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 654075KRevA by Haas and BH02300E06HE spares by Hathaway are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
