Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Helical MC7C200-24-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hirata products, including obsoleted and phased-out Highland-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hirschmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirata such as the HPC557B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9417 manufactured by Highland-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Highland-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS1TXTX by Manufacturer Hirschmann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hengstler Brand 0565276 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hi-Speed such as C26155REVC equipment made by Hi-Speed have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hi-Speed products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hi-Speed" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7003221BH01 made by Helmholz as well as the popular 1600T1T1SDAUHH original spares produced by Hirschmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS25TXFX by Hirschmann and C26155REVC spares by Hi-Speed are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
