Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hoerbiger QC100953-32J2020/24X305MMB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honda product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 30735818 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51309218175 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USF100AG20EP by Manufacturer Honda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand 1885ASGC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hoffman such as LS658D equipment made by Hoffman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hoffman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hoffman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 140701001024 made by Hohner as well as the popular 50202120X14BM original spares produced by Hoerbiger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6202033 by Honeywell and LS658D spares by Hoffman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 51304685100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
