Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hotstart TFT10ER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hub-City products, including obsoleted and phased-out Producenci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Haydon-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hub-City such as the SPE56951 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPC8111 manufactured by Producenci and we are pleased to be able to service most Producenci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E4250125DSP10111050042 by Manufacturer Haydon-Switch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Enraf Brand 2554376 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hpm such as 1d7020030 equipment made by Hpm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hpm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hpm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4150177001E made by Hurco as well as the popular 44715A original spares produced by Agilent

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H0G9GD600I by Hubner and 1d7020030 spares by Hpm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
