Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ina RCJY50-TV-VA-HLA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ironman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kohara parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Interparts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ironman such as the BMQ8132056L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM430 manufactured by Kohara and we are pleased to be able to service most Kohara systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HKHY1050 by Manufacturer Interparts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ina Brand RSHEY60N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ina such as RSHEY40N equipment made by Ina have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ina products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ina" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RME100 made by Ina as well as the popular KI030515 original spares produced by Kingsbury

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RFE40 by Ina and RSHEY40N spares by Ina are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 240602657 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klozure.
