Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial BDS5-206-01010-206B-2-020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maxflow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mei product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maxflow such as the 3ADT754016P0001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG5U47P5 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCDSP by Manufacturer Mei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kollmorgen Brand D3000100000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson such as VS005433A0SA00 equipment made by Johnson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 338601E made by Lenze as well as the popular MM2000INTERFACEBX original spares produced by Klinger

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSD412 by Magnetek and VS005433A0SA00 spares by Johnson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
