Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative P-480NN3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alphametals products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inovance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Interlogix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alphametals such as the 7246 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS1H140B30CBA331Z manufactured by Inovance and we are pleased to be able to service most Inovance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VR1500 by Manufacturer Interlogix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Integrated Brand QST2002E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Invensys such as TPC15XAB equipment made by Invensys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Invensys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Invensys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IHDCC150W made by International-Power as well as the popular IAI12G60100J original spares produced by Intelligent-Actuator

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EQ11311AF000BA0 by Intra-Criterion and TPC15XAB spares by Invensys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
