Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Invensys K4SS-A0060-010-0-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ipg-Photonics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the 560056405AMP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8KT01IRMAST0802048 manufactured by Iris and we are pleased to be able to service most Iris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P30007325 by Manufacturer Ipg-Photonics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Itt Brand FHGG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Isel such as 10270038 equipment made by Isel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Isel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Isel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 452216702488910 made by Ipb-Fusion as well as the popular 286c7040 original spares produced by Irt

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 26E01017 by Isi and 10270038 spares by Isel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P5285B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida.
