Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Issc 396-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the 3F88M116 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51308386175 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 506071084R02 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 440LPJ1120YD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dranetz such as 5530T equipment made by Dranetz have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45UV21020 by Fireye and 5530T spares by Dranetz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
